so hi. i am sarah. i am 20 years old and just had a child three months ago. i am currently in need of assistance to pay my bills because everyone makes it so hard for people on maternity leave to survive. i live in my own apartment with my own car and just need help paying my bills. the state also won't do anything with child support because the father is in afghanistan and doesn't want to sign the papers so i can't do anything until he comes home in 2008.
